Does CCR assist me in negotiating a sale price once I get an offer on my home?
CCR is first and foremost a listing agency rather than a broker.  Our job is to give you marketing through MLS and you can take control from there.  This way, there is nothing lost in translation and you have the first and last word in the selling price of your home.  That said, we are always happy to offer negotiation advice and in that capacity will assist you in any way we can.

Will you run my open house?
Although we will not be doing your open house in person, the services included in our Platinum package are step-by-step instructions on how to prepare for, run and follow up on an open house.  With these tools you will have the best chance at making an excellent first impression on potential buyers.

What is MLS?  
MLS stands for Multiple Listing Service (MLS.com); it is a real estate, insurance and mortgage advertising service company that allows you to find real estate property through out the US quickly and easily through its various real estate agent web sites.  It also helps users locate other company’s services needed in a real estate transaction.  It is a web portal that allows its users to search and find brokers and agents and then compare their backgrounds, commission rates and more.  MLS also works with other types of real estate related entities to advertise their businesses.  MLS provides us access to thousands of homes that are for sale – it is the exact site that real estate professionals use when working with active home buyers.  Common Cents Realty, as a professional real estate group, has access to this valuable site and will share this valuable resource with you, our clients.

What are brokers’ commissions for and how high can they go? 
A real estate broker’s commission is the amount of money owed to the buyer’s and/or seller’s agents upon the closing of the purchase and sale of a home.  It’s the amount you pay in exchange for the broker’s assistance with your sale or purchase.  Brokers are entitled to commissions that range from 3% and 7% of the total sale of the property. 

How will you help me prepare the information necessary to get my property listed on MLS?
CCR will provide platinum customers instructions on all steps required to prepare your posting, get ready for an open house, plus tips on understanding comparable properties, marketing your home, etc.
